Lemon Squeezy handles payments, invoices and VAT. Every invoice is in its customer portal, linked from Billing.
What happens if I need one more site?
The dashboard offers the next plan. The new site keeps working on the free browser pixel until you upgrade, so nothing breaks in between.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in Billing. Yearly costs as much as ten months.
What happens to events when I cancel?
Server-side delivery keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. After that the site falls back to the free browser pixel: pixels keep firing from the browser, and nothing is sent from our servers.
Is there a limit on server events?
1 million server events per site per calendar month, on every paid plan. Above that, server-side PageViews are only counted; conversions such as Lead or Purchase are always sent and logged. Browser pixels are never limited.
Who handles payments and VAT?
Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. It charges the card, adds VAT where it applies and issues the invoices. Your billing details and invoices are in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, linked from Billing in the dashboard.
